I’ve been having some fun this summer creating recipes for Stemilt Cherries. Cherries are, of course, not exactly the lowest carb of fruits, but Stemilt wanted to showcase their cherries in healthier, low sugar and gluten-free recipes. I was honoured that they asked me to do so.
