Keto Key Lime Pie

This keto key lime pie has a tender crust and a rich lime custard filling. It’s just as delicious as the real deal with only 3.4 net carbs.

Prepare keto pie crust and press into pie dish. Bake at 325ºF for 12 minutes and let it cool.

In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks with the lime zest for 3 to 4 minutes, until thickened and paler in color.

Add keto condensed milk and beat for another 4 minutes, until  mixture has increased in volume. Beat in lime juice and powdered sweetener.

Pour mixture into cooled pie crust.

Cover with foil and bake at 325ºF for 30 minutes. Remove foil then bake 10 more minutes.

Remove and let cool completely, then refrigerate 2 to 3 hours to set.
