INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
• Heavy cream or coconut milk • Powdered Swerve Sweetener • BochaSweet • Butter or coconut oil • Unsweetened chocolate • Collagen • Cocoa powder • Vanilla extract • Salt

In a saucepan, bring the heavy cream, butter and sweeteners to a low boil. Simmer until mixture is reduced by about one third.

Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate. When melted, whisk until well combined and smooth.

Whisk in the collagen, if using, the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

Spread mixture in a 9×5 inch loaf pan lined with waxed paper.
