• Eggs • Cauliflower • Celery • Bacon • Green onions • Mayonnaise • Dijon mustard • Lemon juice • Paprika • Salt and pepper

Hard boil the eggs until done. Place in a bowl with ice water until cool. Peel and chop the eggs.

Boil the bite- sized cauliflower florets until fork tender. Drain in colander and let cool.
