Keto coffee recipes! You want ’em and I’ve got ’em. Seriously the best low carb coffee treats the internet has to offer. From beverages to ice cream to brownies, all amazingly delicious with a kick of caffeine.
Keto and coffee go together like peanut butter and jelly!
Raise your hand if you are a diehard coffee lover like me. And by diehard, I mean you think you would literally die without your coffee. You love everything about it. The smell of it, the warmth of it, the unique taste of it.
And not only do you love keto coffee drinks, but you love coffee flavored treats too. You love it in ice cream, in cookies, in brownies. There is just something about coffee that inspires utter devotion.
It isn’t even necessarily about the caffeine. I mean, yes, we all love that rush of energy as the coffee enters our bloodstream. But when it comes to putting coffee into keto desserts or baked goods, it’s the flavor that delights. The way it can bring out and intensify chocolate, or enhance creamy desserts like tiramisu.
Coffee is delightful. And ever since the advent of bulletproof coffee, people have realized how perfectly it can go with a keto diet.
Keto Coffee on the Go!
I love lots of different coffee, from my black coffee in the morning to my creamy keto cappuccinos in the afternoon. But right now I am obsessed with this Keto Instant Coffee from Perfect Keto.
It’s simply organic coffee with some MCT Oil and some flavoring, but it’s surprisingly rich and creamy. I will be the first to admit it’s pricy, but it’s great when you are on the go and need something to tide you over. I have started stashing them in my purse. All I need is a cup of hot water and I am good to go!

Several of us band moms, who have been “back to school” hours for a month already due to band camp, meet up and have coffee after dropping off all the kids. It’s kind of out celebration for making it through the lines, through the summer and back to our school routines.

I love back to school time because autumn is my favorite time of year. I am a grandmother so don’t directly send kids to school anymore. My church does lots of activities for them though, so I drink my coffee and participate as much as possible! Good luck kids!

The giveaway sounds great! I would love to win. If you don’t mind that I am a grandma, lol. But I do remember the yearly rush to get everything done on time and hoping not to forget anything.
