Instant Pot Giveaway!

While you don’t need an instant pot to make any of the recipes in Easy Keto Dinners, owning one sure is a lot of fun. I’ve had a ball playing with mine, and it can certainly simplify prep work and save you time. One of my favourite recipes from the book is the Instant Pot Chile Verde. Normally a good chile verde would take hours to cook, but this one was done in one hour, including the prep time!

One winner will receive an Instant Pot LUX60 6 Quart Programmable Pressure Cooker. Open to US and Canadian Residents only. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter.

You don’t need to buy the cookbook in order to enter, of course…but you do get some extra entries if you do. More chances to win! Yay!

We also like it with mushrooms and black olive slices, sometime frozen peppers. It goes together quick and it’s tasty.
