Flash Black Friday Giveaway!

Quick, quick! Enter to win a signed copy of the best-selling low carb cookbook, The Everyday Ketogenic Kitchen.

Do you do Black Friday? I can honestly say I have never done it in my life and I don’t plan to start now. I do, however, sometimes shop from the comfort of my own home, via the Internet. But get up at a ridiculous hour to stand in line with the possibility of being trampled by the crowds? Nope. Never gonna happen.

Everyday Keto Kitchen

Well, you don’t have to get up early or stand in line for this deal, my friends. I am giving away a signed copy of my best-selling keto cookbook, The Everyday Ketogenic Kitchen. Because yeah, I just feel like it. And because this book has been such a wonderful success, with an almost perfect 5-star rating from more than 200 reviewers, I am feeling generous.

Already have my book? Not to worry, I am not leaving you out in the cold. I appreciate that you’ve already purchased it so I will send you one of my upcoming books, Easy Keto Dinners or Easy Keto Desserts instead. Your choice! They aren’t out yet, so you’re going to have to wait a bit, but you will be one of the first to have them.

This only lasts until Sunday so enter now! And this giveaway is open to anyone, anywhere in the world (but you must be 18 years of age or older). No purchase necessary but if you share my post on social media and help me spread the word, I will be your best friend forever. Plus it gets you more entries!

Everyday Ketogenic Kitchen Reviews

“My husband had to change to a low-carb diet because of health issues. This book is hands down the best cookbook I have come across for low-carb recipes. Each recipe has a picture to go along with it which is really nice. The directions are easy to follow and she also includes tips with each recipe. I have not made anything yet that my whole family did not like! This has quickly become my favorite cookbook.”

“Love this book and author. Have already made several of recipes in book. Oh my, try Choc Chip Pecan Pie Muffins. Lasagna Stuffed Bell Peppers and Mexican style Smothered Pork Chops were easy and tasty. Any one following a Ketogenic way of life should get this book. I have already pre-ordered her new cookbook Everyday Ketogenic Dinners. Author Carolyn Ketchum is the bomb!”

“I can’t rave enough about this incredible cookbook!!! I have struggled with going low carb/keto and staying with it off and on for years. Until now. I have now gone several months because there’s so many options for delicious food that taste like normal amazing food! I love it and you will too:)”

I am so excited I want to do a happy dance! I started eating keto a few months ago. And now the holiday season is upon us and I was wondering if I would have to give up my annual traditional of making spritz cookies in every flavor under the sun: orange, lemon, spice, etc. I thought this would be the first year in 20+ that my cookie press would go unused. I AM IN HEAVEN at just the THOUGHT of being able to use it for a keto cookie instead of possibly having to make them all to give away and not being able to eat a single one!!! I have made so many of your recipes and every one has been a success, but I think this one is going to be my all time fav and I am making them today! I am dying to see what else you have up your sleeve in this newest cookbook! Thank you so much for taking the time to put this blog and book together!!! I know how much work it is!!!

Thsnks you for your recipes! I can make my husband a little pecan cookie to have with his coffee & not make his glucose levels out of whack. You’ve opened my baking to a whole new experience. Almond & cocoanut flour, swerve, who knew???

No question…..chocolate chip!!! I especially like your one serving chocolate chip recipe because it forces me not to eat an entire batch of cookies all by myself before anyone else gets home for the day. Well, let’s just say it takes will power to make only one cookie!
I would love to win your book. I recently purchased a Keto slow cooker book that I use frequently and would like to see what you have to offer.
Thanks for considering me in your drawing!

    Hi Carolyn,

I love your cookbook- it was just given to me as an early Christmas present. So glad to have it in hand. I was traveling whenever this was posted, but I just wanted to let you know again how much I appreciate your blog (and your book). I tell people about it all the time. Based on lots of responses, I’m guessing there was a question about favorite low carb cookie- I tried several from the holiday cookies collection I got last year- the chocolate peppermint sandwich cookies and the gingerbread cheesecake cookie bites were big favorites. Thanks for what you do!
