This morning, we head off on the first of our back-to-back family vacations. I had hoped to get one or two more recipes posted before I left, but packing up a family of five is fairly all-consuming! I know I have a few dedicated readers out there and for that, I am eternally grateful and extremely flattered. Check back in a week or two and I will post my recipe for some Roasted Almonds with Chili, Coriander and Cumin, as well as some delicious low carb, gluten free Cranberry Pecan Muffins.
