Master all the tricks for successful keto baking with my latest and greatest keto cookbook! And details for my big launch party here in Portland.

Jumping for joy at the release of my latest and greatest keto cookbook, The Ultimate Guide to Keto Baking.

If you could see me now, you would giggle. I am like a child at Christmas, wriggling with joyful anticipation. It’s here it’s here it’s here it’s here! My best keto cookbook yet: The Ultimate Guide to Keto Baking.

I know I’ve been going on about this thing what seems like ages! So I will spare you the same details I’ve shared before. Suffice it to say that this is not just a keto dessert book. It’s an in-depth look into the art and science of keto baking, with 150 recipes, both sweet and savory. And plenty of dairy-free and nut-free recipes too!

This is THE book for anyone who loves to bake and has decided to embark on a keto diet. I poured my heart and soul into this, and it is well-researched and well-written, even if I do say so myself. It was by far the hardest for me to write, but it was also the most rewarding. I truly believe this to be a cookbook worthy of your attention.

Read more about my new cookbook HERE

And in case you haven’t ordered your copy yet…

Keto party time! An invitation to the Keto Baking Launch party.

The Ultimate Keto Party!

I’m hosting a huge launch party in January, here in Portland, Oregon! So if you’re in the area, or if you’ve ever wanted to visit the Pacific Northwest during the dreariest time of the year, I hope you will join me. It’s going to be fabulous! (dreary weather aside, thank goodness it’s indoors!).

The details:

Saturday, January 25th from 5pm to 8pm at The Evergreen event space.

Meet your fellow Keto Portlanders (including me!), nibble delicious charcuterie, and sample some of the treats from the book itself.

Sip a signature cocktail from the lovely ladies behind Boozy Ketones, who will be joining us for the evening from the far flung lands of Idaho and Utah.

Win some fabulous keto-friendly baskets and other tasty prizes from your favourite keto brands. There will also be one Grand Prize that the diehard keto baker will love…

Tickets are on sale now:

General admission: $25
VIP Tickets (includes a signed book and a keto swag bag): $50

***Please note that I am only charging for this event because I need an accurate head count for caterers and bar staff. All proceeds from this event will be donated to charity.

I am hosting this party primarily at my own expense, with a few wonderful sponsors such as Bob’s Red Mill, Swerve Sweetener, and my amazing publishers at Victory Belt.

Just recieved mine and it’s even better than I could have ever imagined! Thank you thank you thank you! I was one of those bakers whose love of baking was suddenly yanked away when myself and 2 of my sons and grandson within 3 years were all diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I also suffer from panic disorder and as you also mentioned in your book baking was a form of grounding for me a form of mindfulness. Depression and my anxiety went through the roof without baking to turn too. The first time I found your blog it was as if the sun shone over me. I had seen other blogs but yours made me feel “comfortable”. I was still intimidated by the prospect of using all these new ingredients but I took pleasure in reading your blogs and the recipes and collecting them. Now with your book I am excited to start baking! I have already read every single word in it! It was like reading a dictionary all of a sudden I was understanding things that were only words to me before.
I just want you to know that all your time and effort is appreciated more than you know. Thank you.

Hi Carolyn! Congratulations on your new book!

Does your new baking cookbook come spiral-bound? I didn’t see that as an option.

I already bought all of your previous cookbooks spiral-bound because they stay open and are easier for me to use. I also bought an extra “Easy Keto Dinners” to give to my twin sister for Christmas!

I bought your cookbooks as part of my New Year’s Resolution to get healthy and drop some weight!

Being Mexican-American, I grew up with tacos, enchiladas, rice, beans, tortillas, tamales, menudo, pozole, and all kinds of yummy food — that’s bad for you! Talk about carbs!! Several members of my family and extended family have diabetes or are pre-diabetic, so I need to make some positive changes.

Your cookbooks are going to be my secret weapon! Staying on diets has been difficult for me because I was always missing out on favorite foods. Not anymore! Bread! Desserts! Pizza! Are you kidding me?!

Can’t wait to dive into your cookbooks! I can’t wait to try the chicharones (pork rinds) tortillas!

I live in Arizona so I can’t make your book launch. Maybe next time for your next book! 🙂

Wishing you success and all the best! Paula

Hi Paula! My publisher does not offer spiral bound. What happens there is that a third party seller buys it and spiral-binds it, and jacks up the price significantly. So my suggestion is to do what many readers do… buy the book as is and take it to Staples. They will take it apart for you and spiral it for a fraction of the cost, from what I’ve been told!

I will do that! Thanks for the great suggestion! Bummer I didn’t think of doing that for your first 3 books! 🙂

If I didn’t already have tickets to see Wynonna that day, I’d be there! I’m really hoping there’s a copy of your book under my Christmas tree.
Do you know if you’ll be coming to Eugene for any book events?
Thanks for all the great recipes.

I have been experimenting with the chemistry and art of baking in a keto world. No small challenge. I pre-ordered your book from the library so I could be the first to read it and I have just finished it. It is extremely well done. I live in Calgary and some of the products you use are not easily available but I will keep hunting for Bocha Sweet and others. Will you be coming “north” to do any book signings? Amazon.ca and Indigo now have it in stock so I will be off to get one or maybe I will get one from Santa. Thanks again,

Thanks, Pam. Not sure BochaSweet will be available in Canada any time soon but I bet you can find allulose.

I am from Toronto and did a signing there as well as one in Vancouver. I’d love to come to Calgary, haven’t been there in years! But I don’t plan on doing any signings for a bit.
