Delicious low carb Snickerdoodle Truffles. These little balls of edible egg-free snickerdoodle dough are easy to make and fun to eat.
My balls have quite a fan following these days. That may sound quite vulgar, but it’s true.
My friends request my balls at all of our get togethers. One friend raves about my balls to almost anyone who will listen. It’s really quite spectacular, how much people love my balls.
And now that I have your mind firmly in the gutter, you must know I am talking about cake balls and cookie balls and sausage balls, that sort of thing. Delicious balls of all kinds, both sweet and savoury.
But it is true that my friends rave about them. They have a particular thing for my low carb Buffalo Chicken Sausage Balls. Bringing those to a Super Bowl Party a few years ago had everyone delightedly joking about how my balls are.
Oh and then there were my keto rum balls for Christmas. Since then, I have brought all sorts of balls to all sorts of parties, and have cemented my reputation as the Queen of Balls. At least in my neighbourhood.
How to Make Keto Snickerdoodle Truffles
However, while my friends like to joke in juvenile fashion about my balls (I swear these are grown-ups, I am not hanging out with a bunch of 12 year old boys!), I prefer to avoid the word if I can.
Truffles is ever so much a more pleasant word, is it not? Cake truffles, cookie truffles, deep dark chocolate truffles – those terms sound much more inviting. So let me be clear that although these low carb Snickerdoodle Cookie Truffles are indeed ball-shaped, they are not to be referred to as balls.
You feel me? Truffles all the way, baby. We hope that might keep one friend in particular from texting me jokes about my balls (yes, Emily, I am talking about you!). Repeat after me…TRUFFLES. KETO COOKIE DOUGH TRUFFLES. Delicious spherical bites of grain-free, sugar-free snickerdoodle cookie dough. And they’re egg-free too.
Come on now, we’re all adults here. Let’s not get silly about this!
