A giveaway for healthy avocado oil products from Primal Kitchen!
Win

I’ve got treats for you! More wonderful low carb treats for you to win, this time from Primal Kitchen. You may have heard me espouse their wonderful avocado oil mayo a few months ago, and I am happy to report that they have expanded their product line to include a number of great new products. And they are letting me give away a “care package” of all their goodies to one lucky winner.

Primal Kitchen, in case you are unfamiliar with it, is the new food line of Mark Sisson of Primal Blueprint. It started with the avocado oil mayo and has now extended to the actual avocado oil itself, salad dressings, chocolate almond bars, and the one I am most excited about, Chipotle Lime Mayo. Given that my first recipe with their regular mayo was my Bacon Chipotle Ranch Dressing, I think Mark Sisson and I are clearly on the same wavelength. Except I included bacon…beat that, Mark!

Primal Kitchen Products

Everything they offer is appropriate for a low carb diet, although I would probably eat the bars only sparingly (but 8g net carbs isn’t bad at all!). Even their honey mustard salad dressing only has 1g per serving. And it’s delicious.

Wondering how to use your new ingredients from Primal Kitchen? That avocado oil is a great dairy-free replacement for the butter in my Single Serve Brownie and Single Serve Chocolate Chip Cookie recipes. And check out these other ideas or scroll on down to enter the giveaway!

Definitely the Cilantro ranch dressing (I’d grow cilantro in groves if I could but they bolt too quickly in the Florida sun…) and this amazing brussel sprout casserole thing my boyfriend makes with onions… YUM! I used to be deathly afraid of eating mayo when I found out how it was made but since being on keto, I’ve had no choice and eventually have come to love it, to the point that I’d slather it on my keto sandwich bread with meat and cheese. YUM.
