Raspberry Lemonade Smoothies

Serves 4 servings     adjust servings

These are easily the best low carb smoothies I have ever made! Light, refreshing, and delicious, perfect for the dog days of summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup powdered Swerve Sweetener (more if you like it sweeter) or sweetener of choice
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine raspberries, yogurt, lemon juice, water, sweetener, cream cheese, lemon zest, and ice. Blend until smooth. Adjust sweetener to taste.
  2. Divide between 4 glasses.
