I am unbelievably excited to announce that my new low carb ketogenic cookbook is out for pre-sale! 150+ deliciously healthy low carb and high fat recipes.
Yeah, so this happened…
I have been sort of hinting at this recently, dancing around the subject, unable to give you the full details. But now I can announce it loud and clear and I am so wild with excitement. I’ve finally done it! After years of readers asking me (dare I say bugging me???) to write a low carb cookbook, I am so proud to say that I have a REAL cookbook coming out in Fall 2017. And it’s up for pre-sale on Amazon right now!
I won’t lie, writing a cookbook was never my endgame. I love writing my blog and sharing my best low carb keto recipes with you right away. But then the folks at Victory Belt came along and wooed me and it just seemed like the right time and the right project. They let me have much of the say and control over the contents of the book, guiding me in the right direction for making it the best it can be. Which means it’s full of some of my best work, all presented in the same clear and concise manner you’ve come to rely on. I am really proud of this project and I know you will love it.
Inside you will find:
150+ mouthwatering Low Carb High Fat recipes for everyday cooking and baking
Full colour photographs of every recipe
Stocking your low carb pantry
Tips and best practices for cooking and baking
My best guidance for ketogenic diet success
And about those recipes… while a few of them are your favourites from All Day I Dream About Food, most of them are brand new. Which means I’ve been doing double duty over the past year, creating twice as many delicious low carb recipes for you. I can hardly wait for you to see the new ones! Things like:
Mexican Shredded Beef
Baked Denver Omelet
Fried Goat Cheese Salad
Sheet Pan Chicken and Veggies
Creamy Spinach & Mushroom Gratin
New York Style Cheesecake
And so, SO much more. I have recipes that fit every dietary restriction, as well as suggested swaps and substitutions, so whether you are dairy-free or nut-free, you will be sure to find dishes that suit your needs.

Hi and congratulations on your newest cookbook. Iwas wondering if you ear keto all the time and if so has it helped with your diabetes.
yes and yes. I manage my blood sugar entirely through keto.
I saw on a post that it was available at Costco-do you know if Canada will be carrying it? Trying to track it down?
I know it will be but Canada is always a few months behind the US.
I just made the fried goat cheese salad and it is AMAZING!!!! I love goat cheese but fried goat cheese is even better!!! I couldn’t help myself and had two servings!! Fantastic recipe!!
So glad you liked it!

I just pre ordered your book, I’ve been waiting a long time for one from you. I just have one question though. Will there be macros on each recipe? That is so important and the only reason I “won’t” buy a cookbook. I want to be able to glance at a recipe and see what the calorie and net carbs are. Your book however would be an exception if you didn’t include that info because I’ve loved your site for so long and everything I have ever made from your recipe collection has turned out fantastic and I know I can count on them. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU
You bet there will. Carbs, protein, fat, calories. All there.

You are sooooo fantastic! Thank You!
Will you also have fiber too?
Yes. The usual numbers. Fat, calories, fiber, carbs, protein, and I’ve also included the grams of erythritol for sweetened recipes.

This is wonderful news! I rely on your website for my low-carb cooking. I know I can always come here and find a recipe I can trust! Can’t wait to have an actual book as well!
Super excited for you and congratulations. Now we need to get you on TV. Let’s make that happen. You have way too much personality for books..
Hahahaha! <3 Thanks!

How about dropping a few more recipe names just to keep us salivating until October? Congrats on your success.

Canoli Tart!? Are you serious? I can’t wait!!!!!!!! So excited for you ?
Will you include most of your blogged ones too? I was looking forward to having them in a book too!
I wish. I have over 800 recipes on here so that would be quite a cookbook. No, publishers typically want new recipes, with a few old favourites thrown in (like my pecan pie muffins!).
