Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

Crispy air fryer brussels sprouts are an excellent keto side dish and so easy to make! Drizzle with some buttery garlic parmesan for the ultimate sprouts experience.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED: • Brussels sprouts • Butter  • Garlic  • Parmesan  • Salt and pepper • Red pepper flakes

Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts and pat them very dry. Cut each sprout in half.

Combine the sprouts with butter, garlic, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Air fry at 400ºF for 15-20 minutes, stirring a few times during cooking.

Return to the bowl to toss in any remaining butter, and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.
