Almond Flour Cake

Looking for a truly light and fluffy almond flour cake? Then this is the recipe for you! With a mild sweetness and a fine texture, no one will believe it’s sugar-free.

• Almonds • Almond flour • Unflavored whey     protein powder  • Baking powder • Salt • Butter • Swerve Granular • Eggs  • Almond extract  • Unsweetened     almond milk

Butter a 9×5 inch loaf pan and press bottom and sides with almond slices.

Whisk together almond flour, protein powder, baking powder and salt.

Beat butter until smooth. Add sweetener and beat until lightened. Mix in the eggs and almond extract.

In batches, mix in almond flour mixture into butter mixture, adding the almond milk in between. Mix until well combined.

Spread cake batter in the prepared pan, smoothing out the top.

Bake at 325ºF for 50 minutes or until top is golden brown. Let cake cool 30 minutes before flipping onto a wire rack.
