Baked Buffalo Chicken

This Baked Buffalo Chicken is a crowd pleaser. You get tender, juicy meat and crispy skin with only 1.2g carbs per serving!

INGREDIENTS NEEDED: • Chicken drumsticks • Baking powder  • Kosher salt • Black pepper • Buffalo sauce • Butter

Place chicken legs in a plastic bag with baking powder, salt, and pepper and shake vigorously.

Place chicken on a rack over a baking sheet. Bake at 250F for 30 minutes.

Increase temperature to 425F and bake an additional 30-40 minutes.

Whisk Buffalo sauce and melted butter then brush over chicken. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Brush with additional sauce or serve as is.
