Caramelized Onion Dip

This cheesy caramelized onion dip is baked to gooey perfection. Grab your favorite veggies and keto crackers, and dig in!

 INGREDIENTS NEEDED: • Bacon  • Olive oil • Onion  • Swerve Brown  • Salt and pepper • Sour cream • Gruyere cheese • Mayonnaise • Apple cider vinegar • Dried thyme • Cayenne pepper

Cook bacon until crisp. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate.

Add olive oil and onions. Sprinkle with sweetener, salt, and pepper and cook until onions are soft and caramelized.

In a large bowl, combine  sour cream, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, vinegar, thyme, and cayenne.

Use a slotted spoon to scoop the onions from the pan into the bowl, otherwise it’s a little too greasy.

Spread the dip in a small baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Bake 15 minutes at 400F. Garnish with chopped bacon and parsley, and serve.
