INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
• Beef broth • Tamari • Sesame oil • Chili sauce • Garlic • Ginger • Glucomannan • Flank steak • Baking soda • Avocado oil • Onion • Red & green pepper • Salt and pepper

Whisk all of the sauce ingredients together and set aside.

Coat steak slices with baking soda to tenderize. Rinse meat with water and pat dry.

Brown both sides of meat in hot oil in a single layer. Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining meat.
