Chinese Pepper Steak

Experience a flavor explosion with this Easy Chinese Pepper Steak. With a few small changes, it’s easy to make this dish into a keto friendly meal the whole family will love!

INGREDIENTS NEEDED: • Beef broth • Tamari • Sesame oil • Chili sauce • Garlic  • Ginger • Glucomannan • Flank steak • Baking soda • Avocado oil • Onion  • Red & green pepper  • Salt and pepper

Whisk all of the sauce ingredients together and set aside.

Coat steak slices with baking soda to tenderize. Rinse meat with water and pat dry.

Brown both sides of meat in hot oil in a single layer.  Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining meat.

Add meat and juices back into the pan. Stir in the sauce and cook until thickened.

Season to taste with salt, pepper and more chili garlic sauce. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
