Chocolate Protein Muffins

Start your day off right with these chocolate protein muffins. Packed with fiber, healthy fats, and 12g of protein per serving.

• Pecan butter • Swerve Brown • Vanilla extract • Eggs • Chocolate collagen protein • Cocoa powder • Baking powder • Salt • Dark chocolate chips

Place nut butter in a large bowl and stir well. Whisk in sweetener and vanilla. Then whisk in eggs until smooth.

Add the collagen, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt and stir until well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Divide the mixture evenly among parchment or silicone-lined muffin cups.

Bake at 350ºF for 18 to 25 minutes, or until the muffins have risen and firm to the touch on top.
