Coconut Flour Bread

This Coconut Flour Bread has a wonderful light and fluffy texture. It delicious on its own, and makes great keto sandwiches, with only 1.6g carbs per slice!

INGREDIENTS NEEDED: • Coconut flour • Whey protein isolate • Baking powder • Salt • Garlic powder • Eggs • Olive oil • Shredded cheddar

Grease an 8×4 inch loaf pan and line with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together coconut flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.

Add the eggs, oil, shredded cheese, and water and stir until well combined.

Spread in the prepared baking pan and bake 30 minutes, until the top is just firm to the touch

If you like, brush top with melted butter and sprinkle with bagel seasoning. Bake a few more minutes. Let cool about 30 minutes in pan before removing.
