HAM & CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE

THE PERFECT KETO RECIPE

1. Prep the cauliflower

Place the cauliflower florets in a food processor and pulse a few times on high until coarsely chopped. Transfer to a large bowl.

2. Toss the ingredients

Add the ham, half of the cheese, and the garlic. Sprinkle with the salt, pepper, and glucomannan and toss to combine.

3. Add the sour cream

Fold in the sour cream until  all of the ingredients are well coated.

4. Spread in a baking dish

Spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the top with the remaining cheddar.

BAKE UNTIL GOLDEN AND BUBBLY.
