Keto Banana Bread

This is the only Keto Banana Bread recipe you will ever need! Ground chia seed gives this bread the perfect texture with only 2.5g net carbs per slice!

• Chia seeds • Almond flour • Swerve     Sweetener • Unflavoured     protein powder • Coconut flour • Baking powder • Salt • Eggs • Butter • Banana and     Vanilla extracts • Dark chocolate     chips

Grind the chia seed in a coffee grinder or food processor. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the water. Set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, sweetener, protein powder, coconut flour, baking powder and salt.

Stir in eggs, melted butter, chia seed mixture, banana extract, and vanilla. Stir in the water to thin the mixture to a scoopable consistency.

Stir in chocolate chips. Spread batter in a grease 8×4 inch loaf pan and sprinkle more chocolate chips on top.

Bake at 350ºF for 60 to 75 minutes or until golden brown and the top is just firm to the touch.
