Keto Chocolate Cheesecake

Keto Chocolate Cheesecake is the ultimate dessert for chocolate lovers. It has triple the chocolate for triple the delight.

 INGREDIENTS NEEDED: • Almond flour • Cocoa powder • Swerve Granular • Butter • Unsweetened     chocolate • Cream cheese • Vanilla • Eggs • Heavy whipping cream  • Swerve Confectioners • Allulose

Whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, and sweetener. Stir in melted butter. Press mixture into a springform pan and bake at 325ºF for 10 minutes.

In a small saucepan, melt unsweetened chocolate. Stir frequently until smooth.

Beat cream cheese until super creamy. Mix in sweetener and vanilla, then beat in melted chocolate.

Beat in eggs one at a time until just barely mixed in. Then beat in cocoa powder and heavy whipping cream until mixture is smooth.

Pour filling into pan and bake 50-60 minutes at 300F. Remove and let cool to room temperature. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 3 hours.

Bring cream to just a simmer. Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate. Let sit 5 minutes to melt, then add the sweetener and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.

Pour over the top of the chilled cheesecake, allowing some to drip down the sides.
