Keto Frittata

You can serve this delicious bacon and brie keto frittata for brunch, breakfast, or dinner! And it takes only 25 minutes to make from start to finish!

• Bacon • Brie • Eggs • Heavy whipping     cream • Garlic • Salt and pepper

Cook the bacon until crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon and let drain on a paper towel lined plate.

Whisk the eggs with cream, garlic, salt and pepper and about two thirds of the cooked bacon.

Use bacon grease to coat bottom and sides of pan. Pour egg mixture into skillet and cook undisturbed until edges are set up center is still somewhat loose.

Layer the sliced brie and remaining bacon on top. Place under the broiler and cook until puffed and golden brown.
