Creamy Keto Fudge

This keto fudge recipe is a chocoholic’s dream! So creamy and smooth, with only 2.6g net carbs per serving.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED: • Heavy cream or     coconut milk • Powdered Swerve   Sweetener • BochaSweet • Butter or coconut oil • Unsweetened chocolate • Collagen • Cocoa powder • Vanilla extract • Salt

In a saucepan, bring the heavy cream, butter and sweeteners to a low boil. Simmer until mixture is reduced by about one third.

Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate. When melted, whisk until well combined and smooth.

Whisk in the collagen, if using, the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

Spread mixture in a 9×5 inch loaf pan lined with waxed paper.

Chill until firm then cut into squares.
