Keto Granola Clusters

This keto granola has all the crunchy clusters you crave, with zero grains or sugar. It makes a healthy low carb breakfast or an easy on-the-go snack.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED: • Pecan halves • Flaked coconut • Almonds • Pumpkin seeds • Salt • Butter • Swerve Brown • Powdered Swerve     Sweetener • Vanilla extract

In a food processor, process pecans, coconut, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and salt until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Combine butter and sweeteners in a saucepan. Whisk until butter is melted and sweeteners are  dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

Stir nut mixture into the butter mixture until well combined.

Spread evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 300F until golden brown.
