Keto Green Bean Casserole

Keto Green Bean Casserole is the ultimate holiday side dish. This low carb recipe features a rich mushroom cream sauce and a crunchy, cheesy topping.

• Avocado oil • Green beans • Butter • Mushrooms  • Garlic  • White wine    (or chicken broth) • Heavy whipping cream • Salt and pepper • Shredded cheese  • Parmesan crisps

Sauté the green beans until bright green. Then spread them evenly in a medium-sized glass or ceramic baking dish.

Melt butter then add the mushrooms and cook until nicely browned. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute more.

Add wine to the skillet and cook until reduced by about two thirds. Stir in the cream and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened.

Pour mushroom sauce over the beans.

Top with cheese and bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with crumbled parmesan crisps and bake 5 minutes more.
