Crockpot Keto Meatloaf

The ultimate keto meatloaf recipe is juicy, flavorful, and cooks perfectly every time. And making it in your crockpot means clean up is a snap.

• Ground beef • Ground pork • Onion • Keto cracker     crumbs or     almond flour • Garlic • Italian seasoning • Salt and pepper • Eggs • Sugar free BBQ     sauce

Place a trivet in slow cooker so the meatloaf cooks evenly and fat and juices to drain off.

Combine ground beef, pork, onion, cracker crumbs, garlic, eggs, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and mix well until fully combined.

Shape mixture into a loaf roughly 5 x 9 inches on the foil.

Lift the foil by edges and place on the trivet, then place the lid on the slow cooker.

Cook on low for 6 hours   or high for 4 hours. In the last half hour of cooking, brush top and sides with barbecue sauce.
