This creamy keto mushroom soup is made with brown butter and sage for delicious rich flavor. So easy to make with only 5 ingredients.

• Mushrooms • Chicken or vegetable     broth • Heavy cream • Salted butter • Fresh sage • Salt and pepper

In a large pot, melt butter and cook until it begins to brown.

Add sage and mushrooms and sauté until tender.

Stir in stock and bring to a simmer. Cook 4 to 5 minutes more.

Transfer to food processor or blender (in batches. Blend until smooth

Return to pot and stir in cream. Serve immediately.
