These Keto Peach Cobbler Bars have a tender crust, fresh peach filling and sweet cream drizzle -- only 4.4g net carbs each!

Ingredients Needed:

Combine peaches and allulose in a medium saucepan. Simmer until  sweetener has dissolved. Whisk in a little thickener.

Whisk together almond flour, sweetener, coconut flour and salt. Then stir in melted butter and vanilla until the dough begins to clump together.

Press a little over half of the crust mixture into a square metal baking pan and bake until golden around the edges. Let cool completely.

Spread cooled peach filling over the bottom crust. Then top with the remaining crust mixture  to cover the filling.

Bake until the topping is golden brown. Remove and let cool completely, then refrigerate 1 hour to firm up the filling.

Whisk the powdered sweetener with cream and a bit of water, and then drizzle over the cooled bars.
