These keto peanut butter cups have a sugar free chocolate shell and a rich, creamy peanut butter center. They’re delicious and only 3.6 net carbs!

Melt chocolate and cocoa butter together,  until smooth and spoon into candy molds.

Use back of a spoon to spread chocolate mixture on the bottom and up the sides of the candy molds. Freeze for 10 minutes.

Melt peanut butter and butter together, stirring until smooth. Whisk in powdered sweetener and vanilla extract.

Spoon peanut butter mixture into chilled chocolate cups, with enough space to cover with chocolate. Freeze for 10 minutes.

Spread melted chocolate over the peanut butter filling and chill until set.

Once chilled, pop out of the mold and enjoy!
