This refreshing Keto Protein Shake packs serious flavor and  nutrition with 20g of protein, 5g net carbs, and vital electrolytes.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED: • Frozen raspberries • Plain Greek yogurt  • Heavy whipping cream • Whey protein isolate • Lemon electrolyte mix • Hemp or almond milk  • Crushed ice • Sweetener to taste

In a blender, combine all ingredients.

Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetener as needed.
