Keto Pumpkin Pancakes

These Keto Pumpkin Pancakes are the perfect fall breakfast treat. Soft and fluffy, and only 3g net carbs per serving.

• Eggs • Pumpkin puree • Swerve Brown • Butter  • Vanilla extract • Coconut flour • Protein powder • Pumpkin pie spice • Baking powder • Salt

Whisk pumpkin puree, brown sugar substitute and eggs. Stir in the butter and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add coconut flour, protein powder, pumpkin spice, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well combined

Lightly grease a skillet or griddle and set over medium heat. Pour batter and spread into a 4 inch circle.

Cook until bottom is golden brown and top is set around the edges. Flip carefully and cook until second side is done.
