Keto Shepherd’s Pie

This Keto Shepherd’s Pie has a cheesy cauliflower topping and a rich filling. Only 3.2g net carbs per serving.

• Ground lamb • Onion • Red pepper  • Salt and pepper • Garlic • Red wine • Rosemary • Glucomannan • Cauliflower • Sour cream • Cheddar cheese

Steam cauliflower and garlic until cauliflower is very tender, about 6-8 minutes.


Drain well in a sieve then transfer to blender with sour cream, salt, and pepper and blend until smooth and creamy.


In a large skillet brown lamb until almost cooked through. Using a slotted spoon, remove to a large casserole dish.


Add onion, red pepper, salt, and pepper to hot pan and cook 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.


Add wine and cook until reduced by half. Stir in rosemary, then stir in glucomannan. Pour over lamb.


Spread cauliflower mixture over filling in casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.


Bake at 400ºF for 20 minutes, until the filling is bubbling and cheese is melted.
