Keto Snickerdoodle Skillet Cookie

This cinnamon-dusted skillet cookie is a delicious and easy way to enjoy keto snickerdoodles. So sweet and tender, and perfect with a scoop of keto ice cream on top!

• Almond flour • Swerve Sweetener  • Cream of tartar • Baking soda • Ground cinnamon • Salt • Butter • Egg •Vanilla extract

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, sweetener, cream of tartar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

Stir in the butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Spread the dough in the prepared skillet and smooth the top.

Bake at 350ºF for 22-25 minutes, until the cookie is set around the edges. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar.
