Keto Snickerdoodles

These pillowy soft keto snickerdoodles have the perfect chewy texture and a delicious cinnamon flavor. And only 2.8g of net carbs for 2 cookies!

 INGREDIENTS NEEDED: • Almond flour • Brown Swerve • Collagen powder • Cream of tartar • Baking soda • Salt • Butter • Egg • Vanilla extract • Allulose granular • Cinnamon

In a mixing  bowl, whisk together the almond flour,  Swerve, cream  of tartar, baking  soda, collagen, and salt.

Stir in the  butter, egg, and  vanilla extract  until the dough  comes together.

Roll into 1½  inch balls then roll into  cinnamon- sweetener mixture. Press the balls down with the palm of your hand.

Bake at 325ºF  for 15, until  puffed and  golden brown  around the  edges. They will still be very soft.

Remove from  the oven and  immediately  sprinkle with  cinnamon- sweetener mixture. Let cool completely on the pan.
