KETO TAGALONG COOKIE BARS 

These Keto Tagalong Bars taste just like the original Girl Scout Cookie! You won’t believe they are low carb and sugar-free.

• Almond flour • Swerve Sweetener • Salt • Butter • Creamy natural     peanut butter • Powdered Swerve     Sweetener • Heavy whipping     cream • Caramel extract  • Dark chocolate

Combine almond flour,  sweetener, and salt in a food processor. Pulse to combine. Add butter and pulse until the mixture resembles fine crumbs.

Press mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased 8×8" baking pan and bake at 350ºF  for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove and let cool.

Combine peanut butter and butter and microwave   until melted and can be stirred together. Stir in powdered sweetener then whisk in the cream and extract.

Pour the mixture over cooled crust and spread evenly with an offset spatula.  Refrigerate until  set, about 20 minutes.

Microwave chocolate and  butter on high  in 30 second  increments,  stirring in  between, until smooth.

Spread over the chilled filling.  Return to the  refrigerator for  30 minutes to  set the chocolate.
