Take your keto iced coffee to the next level with this Vietnamese-inspired twist. It's a delectable mix of strong dark coffee and keto condensed milk. It will be the highlight of your summer!
Add the condensed milk to the bottom of a glass. Set the coffee dripper on the glass and add two tablespoons of finely ground coffee.
Slowly pour the hot water over the grounds, allowing the coffee to drip through into the glass.
When all the coffee has dripped through, stir to mix into the condensed milk. Add ice to fill the cup and enjoy!
Notes
You can also use a French Press to get similar strong-brewed coffee, but you want to make sure the coffee is more coarsely ground. Another option is to use 1 or 2 long shots of espresso. You want about 6 ounces of strong coffee in total.
