½teaspoonRaspberry Emulsion or ¾ teaspoon raspberry extract
Dollop whipped creamoptional, lightly sweetened with stevia or Swerve
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine almond milk, coffee, cream, cocoa powder and sweetener.
Whisk until well combined and then bring to a gentle simmer.
Add raspberry emulsion or raspberry extract.
Divide between two mugs, top with whipped cream if desired, and serve.
