In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, sesame flour, sesame seeds, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the egg, oil, and water until the dough comes together.
Gather the dough together into a ball and transfer to a large piece of parchment or a silicone baking mat. Top with another piece of parchment and roll out to about 12 inches by 12 inches, as even in thickness as possible.
Use a sharp knife or a pizza cutter to score into squares or diamonds, about 2 inches by 2 inches each. Bake 30 to 40 minutes, until firm to the touch and the edges are golden brown.
