New Year's Eve is almost here and I say it's time to get your keto cocktail on. This Spiced Pear Cocktail is a fun and flirty way to ring in your sugar free new year.
Place the pear and ginger in a mason jar and top with gin. Let infuse for 2 to days, shaking every so often.
On the third day, add the cinnamon sticks and continue to infuse for 24 hours. Then strain and store in the fridge for up to 6 months
For every drink, add 1 ounce of spiced pear gin to a champagne flute and top up with champagne.
It is very difficult to know the exact carb count of the pear infused gin but this recipe assumes that about half of the pear macros enter the gin.
