raw pecan halves

tablespoon
butter
melted

teaspoon
kosher or sea salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss together the pecans, butter, and salt. Spread in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake 5 to 10 minutes, keeping a close eye on them so that they don't burn. Remove and let cool on the pan.
Taste and add more salt if desired.
Notes
If using a convection oven, reduce the heat by 25F and watch them closely as they may be done in 5 minutes.
