In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the almond or hemp milk and the heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
Add the cocoa powder and collagen to a blender. Pour in the hot milk and blend until frothy. Taste and adjust for sweetness.
Top with lightly sweetened whipped cream and some homemade caramel sauce to take it over the top!
*Note, these nutritional counts do not include whipped cream or caramel sauce on top. If you do not have the Salted Caramel Collagen, use regular collagen peptides and about 1/4 tsp of caramel extract.
