Happy Turkey Day to all who celebrate. I am hosting a fun holiday giveaway so check it out!
As you rush around, putting the final touches on your feast today, I want you to take a moment to breathe. Just… breathe. Remember that holidays are about gathering together with family and friends. Connection, not perfection, is the goal here.
One thing I am thankful for is all of you. So many wonderful readers and fans who love my recipes and support my work. I couldn’t do this without you.
So to show my appreciation, I am putting together a box of fun keto goodies and baking supplies for one lucky winner!
A fabulous giveaway box!
I don’t know exactly everything that will be in it yet, because I need to raid my own pantry for some of these items. But I know it will have:
- A copy of The Ultimate Guide to Keto Baking
- Two bags of Lily’s candy coated chocolate pieces
- A bag of the old formula of Swerve Brown (I stocked up last year!)
- ChocZero goodies
- Keto chocolate chips
- Perfect Keto collagen
- Silicone muffin liners
- Silicone baking mat
- Mini Ateco offset spatula
- Silicone coated whisk

I love all of your recipes! So many are my favorites and go to recipes. So far, Pumpkin Crunch Cake and Cranberry Sauce are done. Green Beans Amandine ( I like the traditional name too) are next. Then maybe Pumpkin Pie, or Dried Cranberries, or……? Happy Thanksgiving!

I start holiday baking soon after Thanksgiving. I always make Christmas candy like caramels, toffee and hot chocolate bombs. Then I make lots of assorted cookies with the help of my grandchildren. I’ve been slowly converting from sugar recipes to alternative sweeteners as I find the best recipes to switch to.

I started cooking Wednesday this year. it varies from year to year! But because my husband is type 2 diabetic I always have to fix a couple extra things – like his bread, dessert, etc! Nice to have fun options for him!

I’m solo and have issues with portion control so any holiday baking tends to be done mid-December on…. and I really try to do things in “portion controllable” sizes. (Cookies, cheesecake for one, etc). I’m making a point this year of going through all my older cookbooks (physical) from Carolyn looking for forgotten gems or just something I’ve not tried before. (Variety is the spice of life and it has NO CARBS!)

My mom is a type 1 diabetic. It is so great to be able to make her things she misses with your recipes!
