Happy Turkey Day to all who celebrate. I am hosting a fun holiday giveaway so check it out!
As you rush around, putting the final touches on your feast today, I want you to take a moment to breathe. Just… breathe. Remember that holidays are about gathering together with family and friends. Connection, not perfection, is the goal here.
One thing I am thankful for is all of you. So many wonderful readers and fans who love my recipes and support my work. I couldn’t do this without you.
So to show my appreciation, I am putting together a box of fun keto goodies and baking supplies for one lucky winner!
A fabulous giveaway box!
I don’t know exactly everything that will be in it yet, because I need to raid my own pantry for some of these items. But I know it will have:
- A copy of The Ultimate Guide to Keto Baking
- Two bags of Lily’s candy coated chocolate pieces
- A bag of the old formula of Swerve Brown (I stocked up last year!)
- ChocZero goodies
- Keto chocolate chips
- Perfect Keto collagen
- Silicone muffin liners
- Silicone baking mat
- Mini Ateco offset spatula
- Silicone coated whisk

This giveaway is only open to US residents or people with a US address. I am sorry, friends, but I am paying for this myself and international shipping is prohibitively expensive!
Good luck to all and have a wonderful holiday!

Thank you for the giveway!! I will do my baking on/about Dec. 21st. I only bake one item so that I can have a low carb dessert when the rest of the family is eating a conventional one.

I am so grateful for Carolyn’s hard work & persistence to come up with delicious & low carb foods. My husband has been diagnosed with diabetes & the ADIDAF recipes allow me to prepare delicious foods in order to control his A1C & keep his sugar numbers under control. Thank you Carolyn ❤️

This year I started a tad late. We traditionally have family, but this year it is just us. With sick kids my hands are full, however I started prepping about 4 days before Turkey Day. Happy Thanksgiving:)

I’m starting my holiday baking as I discover fun recipes to try! I love this time of year, but haven’t set any specific baking traditions yet….maybe with the kids on their school break would be a great thing to start. Thanks for a great giveaway!

We just found out we’ll have company next month. Prepping the house will have to come before baking.

Well holiday baking begins in a few weeks. We make baked goodies for about 8 of our neighbors, friends, mail lady, newspaper delivery man. And so forth. Our way of saying thank you. Happy holidays everyone.

I love all of the recipes. I also love the tips that are given. I have only been eating healthier for about seven months and as much as I enjoy the awesome recipes, it is the cooking tips and product suggestions that helps me the most. Learning from someone that has used this method of healthier cooking is a true blessing to me.

I have enjoyed tremendously reading your blog posts and recipes, learning much along the way. Your explanation of each item and how it works in Keto baking is invaluable… thank you. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

Thanks for the great giveaway, Carolyn! I don’t do a lot of holiday baking. Usually we’ll just try to do one family gingerbread cookie extravaganza — rolling the cookies out, baking, and decorating. I help with the making and decorating part, but I don’t partake in the eating part since it’s not keto, but my husband and daughter enjoy. Our extravaganza can happen at any time during the holiday season, but often it’s after Christmas. There’s so much other stuff available before Christmas, so it’s nice to have something after the holidays. We make lots of cookies and give many away.
