Enter to win a copy of Keto Soups and Stews and a gorgeous new 5 quart saucepan to cook them in!
It’s the day after Christmas (Boxing Day in some countries!) and I am sure you don’t even want to think about cooking. Neither do I, to be honest! Let’s just munch on leftovers and light salads for a bit, shall we?

So I am giving you a chance to win a copy of my Keto Soups and Stews Cookbook, along with a gorgeous new soup pot from Our Place. This is a pot I’ve been eyeing for myself for a very long time and it comes in some gorgeous colors!

Oh my! My favorite comfort food is probably a toss up between Beef Stroganoff and Pot Roast, neither on my Keto lifestyle. Noodles not allowed, and my pot roast always had plenty of potatoes, carrots, onions, and celery. Only the celery is approved! I do miss those dishes. Thank you for your recipes Carolyn.

My favorite comfort food is actually a fresh warm cinnamon roll with a nice cup of coffee! Morning, noon, or night. However, for lunch or dinner purposes, I would have to say my favorite comfort food would be a quesadilla, steak or chicken, with all the sides, including guac and sour cream, with some loaded mashed cauliflower (or mashed potatoes). Thank you! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family!
