INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
• Lime juice and zest • Olive oil • ChocZero Honey • Chipotle pepper in adobe • Garlic • Cumin • Kosher salt • Black pepper • Bone-in chicken thighs

Add lime zest, lime juice, olive oil, keto honey, chipotle pepper, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pat chicken thighs dry, place in a glass baking dish and pour about 2/3 of the marinade to coat. Marinate for 1 to 3 hours.

Place thighs skin-side down on a hot grill and cook 5 minutes. Flip over and cook 5 more minutes.

Move to indirect heat, brush with marinade and cook until internal temperature read 165ºF.
