Chipotle Lime Chicken

This Chipotle Lime Chicken makes your tastebuds sing. Whip up the sweet and spicy marinade and fire up the grill for an easy low carb dinner!

INGREDIENTS NEEDED: • Lime juice and zest  • Olive oil • ChocZero Honey • Chipotle pepper in adobe • Garlic • Cumin • Kosher salt • Black pepper • Bone-in chicken thighs

Add lime zest, lime juice, olive oil, keto honey, chipotle pepper, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pat chicken thighs dry, place in a glass baking dish and pour about 2/3  of the marinade to coat. Marinate for 1 to 3 hours.

Place thighs skin-side down on a hot grill and cook 5 minutes. Flip over and cook 5 more minutes.

Move to indirect heat, brush with marinade and cook until internal temperature read 165ºF.
