Green Chili Dip

This Green Chili Dip is the perfect game day keto appetizer. It’s so creamy and flavorful, with added depth from sharp white cheddar.

• Hatch chilies  • Cheddar Cheese  • Cream cheese • Mayonnaise • Garlic   • Cumin • Salt and pepper

In a large bowl, combine the chilies, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper, and cumin.

Stir until well mixed.

Pour mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350F for 25 minutes, until bubbly and melted. Turn on the broiler for a minute or two to brown the top.
